For lamination and coating processes, the following guidelines should be observed in preparing your press sheets. Our specialists are available to answer any technical questions you may have.
Electronic File Orders
All graphic design-based files submitted as spot graphic UV coating artwork need to be saved and provided in the PDF format. Please be sure that layered files are flattened and submitted as only one layer. We require a print ready PDF file with trim marks or print targets included to make coating registration possible.
Supplied Film Orders
When providing a film for spot graphic UV coating artwork, please be sure to specify right reading emulsion up film positive during output. The film positive should include any center marks, trim marks, and registration targets. Clearly label the film for both orientation and identification. Whenever possible, include a complete press sheet with gripper edge and side guide identified along with the film positive
